Section: 06              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 324             Reduces the economic development funds provided in a 
                         Qualified Expenditure Catogory to Jobs Florida 
Spec App: 2535AM         (formerly the Office of Tourism, Trade and Economic 
                         Development (OTTED)) by $350,000 general revenue 
                         fund; and uses the funds for a grant to the Florida 
                         Humanities Council.
