       Senator Fasano moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (499608) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 1292 - 1298
    5  and insert:
    6         (10) All costs incurred by the department in administering
    7  the prescription drug monitoring program shall be funded through
    8  federal grants or private funding applied for or received by the
    9  state. The department may not commit funds for the monitoring
   10  program without ensuring funding is available. The prescription
   11  drug monitoring program and the implementation thereof are
   12  contingent upon receipt of the nonstate funding. The department
