3	Substitute Amendment for Amendment (551307)
4	Remove lines 230-240 and insert:
5	certification in addiction medicine, an addiction medicine
6	physician certified or eligible for certification by the
7	American Society of Addiction Medicine, or an osteopathic
8	physician who holds a certificate of added qualification in
9	Addiction Medicine through the American Osteopathic Association.
10	(b)  "Adverse incident" means any incident set forth in s.
11	458.351(4)(a)-(e) or s. 459.026(4)(a)-(e).
12	(c)  "Board-certified pain management physician" means a
13	physician who possesses board certification in pain medicine by
14	the American Board of Pain Medicine, board certification by the
15	American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians, or board
16	certification or subcertification in pain management by a
17	specialty board recognized by the American Association of
18	Physician Specialists or an osteopathic physician who holds a
19	certificate in Pain Management by the American Osteopathic
20	Association.
