3	Amendment
4	Remove lines 48-54 and insert:
5	court may readopt the repealed rule only in conformity with the
6	public policy expressed by the legislature. If the legislature
7	repeals the readopted rule, the rule may not be readopted
8	thereafter without prior approval of the legislature. The
9	divisions of the court shall meet jointly to adopt rules or the
10	court may designate a division to adopt any specific class of
11	rules.
