       The Committee on Budget (Fasano) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 48 and 49
    4  insert:
    5         Section 3. Section 943.0415, Florida Statutes, is created
    6  to read:
    7         943.0415 Cybercrime Office.—There is created within the
    8  Department of Law Enforcement the Cybercrime Office. The office
    9  may investigate violations of state law pertaining to the sexual
   10  exploitation of children which are facilitated by or connected
   11  to the use of any device capable of storing electronic data.

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Between lines 7 and 8
   15  insert:
   16         creating s. 943.0415, F.S.; creating the Cybercrime
   17         Office within the Department of Law Enforcement to
   18         investigate certain violations of state law pertaining
   19         to the sexual exploitation of children;
