    2         (PRELIMINARY DRAFT) An act relating to a review under
    3         the Open Government Sunset Review Act; expressing the
    4         legislative intent to review an exemption pertaining
    5         to competitive procurement solicitations; providing an
    6         effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
   11  to an exemption under the Open Government Sunset Review Act
   12  pertaining to competitive procurement solicitations.
   13         Section 2. This act shall take effect October 1, 2011.
