       Senator Flores moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 895 and 896
    4  insert:
    5         (c) Unless the school district obtains the consent of the
    6  student’s parent, a student may not be assigned to any classroom
    7  teacher or school administrator who has received three
    8  consecutive annual performance evaluation ratings of
    9  unsatisfactory, three annual performance evaluation ratings of
   10  unsatisfactory within a 5-year period, or four consecutive
   11  annual performance evaluation ratings of needs improvement or a
   12  combination of needs improvement and unsatisfactory under s.
   13  1012.34.
