    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to recreational fishing licenses;
    3         providing that such licenses are not required for
    4         residents or nonresidents to fish in the waters of
    5         this state; providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the
   10  contrary, a recreational freshwater fishing or recreational
   11  saltwater fishing license or permit is not required of any
   12  resident or nonresident to fish in this state.
   13         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
