       The Committee on Judiciary (Bogdanoff) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 13 - 16
    4  and insert:
    5         (6) Occupancy for less than 30 days by a person not legally
    6  entitled to occupy the premises. A person who refuses to depart
    7  the premises is in violation of s. 810.08 or s. 810.09 and may
    8  be removed from the premises by any law enforcement officer.
