    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    4  insert:
    5         (d) The Department of Education shall develop a curriculum
    6  for public schools which implements this subsection and complies
    7  with the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment to the
    8  United States Constitution and s. 3, Art. I of the State
    9  Constitution.
