       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Dockery) recommended the

    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 1629 - 1630
    4  and insert:
    5         (17) After the prescription drug monitoring program’s
    6  database has been operational for 12 months, the State Surgeon
    7  General shall
