       The Committee on Higher Education (Lynn) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (798246) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 11 - 19
    5  and insert:
    6         (bb) Valencia Community College, which serves Orange and
    7  Osceola Counties.
    8         Section 2. Paragraph (b) of subsection (5) of section
    9  288.8175, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
   10         288.8175 Linkage institutes between postsecondary
   11  institutions in this state and foreign countries.—
   12         (5) The institutes are:
   13  (b) Florida-Costa Rica Institute (Florida State University and
   14  Valencia Community College).

   18         Delete line 39
   19  and insert:
   20         “Valencia College”;
