       The Committee on Judiciary (Bogdanoff) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 64 - 74
    4  and insert:
    5         (5)(a) It is unlawful for any person to knowingly possess,
    6  control, or intentionally view a photograph, motion picture,
    7  exhibition, show, representation, image, data, computer
    8  depiction, or other presentation which, in whole or in part, he
    9  or she knows to include any sexual conduct by a child. The
   10  possession, control, or intentional viewing of each such
   11  photograph, motion picture, exhibition, show, image, data,
   12  computer depiction, representation, or presentation is a
   13  separate offense. A person who Whoever violates this subsection
   14  commits is guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as
   15  provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
   16         (b) This subsection does not apply to material possessed,
   17  controlled, or intentionally viewed as part of a law enforcement
   18  investigation.

   23         Delete line 8
   24  and insert:
   25  
   26         sexual conduct by a child; providing an exception;
   27         providing penalties;
