       The Committee on Judiciary (Bogdanoff) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 25 - 26
    4  and insert:
    5  
    6         (b) “Intentionally view” means to deliberately,
    7  purposefully, and voluntarily view. Proof of intentional viewing
    8  requires establishing more than a single image, motion picture,
    9  exhibition, show, image, data, computer depiction,
   10  representation, or other presentation over any period of time.
