    2         An act relating to the Executive Office of the
    3         Governor; repealing s. 14.31(8), F.S.; abrogating the
    4         repeal of provisions governing the Florida Faith-based
    5         and Community-based Advisory Council; amending s.
    6         14.23, F.S.; requiring the Office of State-Federal
    7         Relations to submit an annual report to the Governor
    8         and Legislature detailing its budget, personnel, and
    9         activities; providing an effective date.

   11  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   12  
   13         Section 1. Subsection (8) of section 14.31, Florida
   14  Statutes, is repealed.
   15         Section 2. Present subsection (4) of section 14.23, Florida
   16  Statutes, is renumbered as subsection (5), and a new subsection
   17  (4) is added to that section, to read:
   18         14.23 State-Federal relations.—
   19         (4) ANNUAL REPORT.—By January 1 of each year, the office
   20  shall submit a report to the Governor, the President of the
   21  Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives
   22  detailing the office’s budget, personnel, and activities.
   23         Section 3. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
