       The Committee on Community Affairs (Thrasher) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 117 - 118
    4  and insert:
    5  Governor pursuant to s. 218.503 must include a plan for the
    6  consolidation of all administrative direction and support
    7  services, including, but not limited to, services for asset
    8  sales, economic and community development, building inspections,
    9  parks and recreation, facilities management, engineering and
   10  construction, insurance coverage, risk management, planning and
   11  zoning, information systems, fleet management, and purchasing.

   14         And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete lines 6 - 7
   16  and insert:
