       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on Finance and Tax
       (Bogdanoff) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 224 - 225
    4  and insert:
    5  deposited into the budget stabilization fund until the fund
    6  reaches its maximum balance, and thereafter shall be used for
    7  the support and maintenance of public schools by reducing the
    8  minimum financial effort required from school districts for
    9  participation in a state-funded education finance program, or if
   10  the minimum financial effort is no longer required, returned to
