       Senator Bogdanoff moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (857106) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 54 - 57
    4  and insert:
    5         (6)(a) A passing score on the ADEX Dental Hygiene
    6  Examination administered out of state shall be considered the
    7  same as a passing score for the ADEX Dental Hygiene Examination
    8  administered in this state and graded by licensed dentists and
    9  dental hygienists.
   10         (b) If an applicant fails to pass the ADEX Dental Hygiene
   11  Examination in three attempts, the applicant is not eligible to
   12  retake the examination unless the applicant completes additional
   13  education requirements as specified by the board. The practical
