       The Committee on Transportation (Benacquisto) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)

    3         Between lines 1057 and 1058
    4  insert:
    5         (15)
    6         (o) The application form for motor vehicle registration
    7  must include language permitting a voluntary contribution of $1
    8  to the Florida Association of Food Banks, Inc. Such
    9  contributions shall be distributed by the department each month
   10  to the Florida Association of Food Banks, Inc., to be used by
   11  that organization for the purpose of ending hunger in this
   12  state.

   14  For the purpose of applying the service charge provided in s.
   15  215.20, contributions received under this subsection are not
   16  income of a revenue nature.

   19         And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   20         Delete lines 1001 - 1003
   21  and insert:
   22         Section 22. Subsection (2) and paragraph (e) of subsection
   23  (5) of section 320.02, Florida Statutes, are amended, paragraph
   24  (o) is added to subsection (15) of that section, and subsection
   25  (18) is added to that section, to read:
