       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on General Government
       Appropriations (Jones) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 130 - 134
    4  and insert:
    5  surviving coowner or coowners;
    6         (i) If the decedent remarries the person whose interest
    7  would otherwise have been revoked under this section and the
    8  decedent and that person are married to one another at the time
    9  of the decedent’s death; or
   10         (j) To state-administered retirement plans under chapter
   11  121.
