       The Committee on Communications, Energy, and Public Utilities
       (Evers) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 64
    4  and insert:
    5  generate for the state. The proposal for upland state lands must
    6  be consistent with approved land management plans approved
    7  pursuant to s. 253.034, Florida Statutes.
