Subsection (5) of section 322.292, Florida 6 Statutes, is amended to read: 7 322.292 DUI programs supervision; powers and duties of the 8 department.— 9 (5) A private probation services provider authorized under 10 s. 948.15 may not refer probationers to any DUI program owned in 11 whole or in part by that probation services provider or its 12 affiliates. A DUI program licensed under this section may not 13 enroll a probationer who is currently serving a term of 14 probation with an affiliated probation services provider, unless 15 the affiliated DUI program is the sole provider of DUI program 16 services within the particular county. The department shall 17 establish rules to administer this subsection. 18 19 ================= T I T L E A M E N D M E N T ================ 20 And the title is amended as follows: 21 Delete lines 2 - 18 22 and insert: 23 An act relating to the Department of Highway Safety 24 and Motor Vehicles; amending s. 322.051, F.S., 25 relating to identification cards; revising 26 requirements for documentation verifying veteran 27 status; providing for issuance of a replacement 28 identification card with a designation indicating the 29 holder is a veteran; requiring documentation of 30 veteran status; providing for a fee and disposition of 31 the fee; providing an exception to certain fees; 32 amending s. 322.14, F.S., relating to driver licenses; 33 revising requirements for documentation verifying 34 veteran status; providing for issuance of a 35 replacement driver license with a designation 36 indicating the holder is a veteran; requiring 37 documentation of veteran status; providing for a fee 38 and disposition of the fee; providing an exception to 39 certain fees; amending s. 322.292, F.S.; prohibiting a 40 DUI program from enrolling a probationer who is 41 currently under probation with an affiliated probation 42 services provider unless the affiliated DUI program is 43 the sole provider of DUI program services within the 44 county; providing an effective date.
