       The Committee on Commerce and Tourism (Ring) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 602 - 624
    4  and insert:
    5  
    6  trade and logistics or in the cruise industry;
    7         (c) Achieving the state’s goals for an integrated
    8  intermodal transportation system; and
    9         (d) Demonstrating the feasibility of receiving matching
   10  funds through local or private partners.
   11         (2) Before finalizing the list of strategic investment
   12  projects, the Department of Transportation must hold a public
   13  workshop with the Department of Economic Opportunity and the
   14  deepwater ports listed in s. 311.09 to review the proposed
   15  projects. The Department of Transportation shall finalize the
   16  list of projects after considering the comments received during
   17  the workshop.
   18         (3) The Department of Transportation, to the extent
   19  feasible, shall include the projects on the list of strategic
   20  investment projects, in the tentative work program developed
   21  pursuant to s. 339.135(4).
   22         Section 6. Section 311.14, Florida Statutes, is amended to
   23  read:
   24         311.14 Seaport planning.—
