    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (848474)

    3         Delete lines 169 - 172
    4  and insert:
    5  
    6         (h) When a pharmacy receives a prescription issued by a
    7  physician pursuant to this section, the dispensing of such
    8  prescription is deemed compliant with the standards of practice
    9  under this section and, therefore, valid for dispensing.
