    5         Section 8. For purposes of implementation, the initial year
    6  of eligible schools subject to the provisions s. 1003.07 are the
    7  schools that received a grade of F pursuant to s. 1008.34 in the
    8  2010-11 and 2011-12 school years and were not previously
    9  exempted in this paragraph.
