This subsection does not apply to a board-eligible or 11 board-certified medical specialist who has also completed a 12 fellowship in pain medicine approved by the Accreditation 13 Council for Graduate Medical Education or the American 14 Osteopathic Association, or who is board eligible or board 15 certified in pain medicine by a board approved by the American 16 Board of Pain Medicine, the American Board of Medical 17 Specialties, or the American Osteopathic Association and 18 performs interventional pain procedures of the type routinely 19 billed using surgical codes. 20 21 ================= T I T L E A M E N D M E N T ================ 22 And the title is amended as follows: 23 Delete lines 11 - 14 24 and insert: 25 when a pharmacy receives it; providing that the 26 standards of practice regarding the prescribing of 27 controlled substances do not apply to certain board 28 eligible or board-certified health care practitioners, 29 including psychiatrists and rheumatologists; amending
