       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on Health and Human
       Services Appropriations (Oelrich) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (887190) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 22 - 24
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) Is a graduate of an approved United States physical
    6  therapy educational program and meets all the eligibility
    7  requirements for licensure under ch. 456, s. 486.031(1)-(3)(a),
    8  and related rules, except passage of a national examination
    9  approved by the board is not required.
   10         Delete lines 55 - 57
   11  and insert:
   12         (b) Is a graduate of an approved United States physical
   13  therapy assistant educational program and meets all the
   14  eligibility requirements for licensure under ch. 456, s.
   15  486.102(1)-(3)(a), and related rules, except passage of a
   16  national examination approved by the board is not required.
