       The Committee on Budget (Norman) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 211
    4  and insert:
    5  discovered. If, subsequent to the initial decision qualifying or
    6  disqualifying a transfer of property, the property appraiser
    7  obtains information indicating that the initial decision should
    8  be changed, the property appraiser may change the qualification
    9  decision and, if so, must document the reason for the change in
   10  a manner acceptable to the executive director or the executive
   11  director’s designee. Sale or transfer data must be current on
   12  all tax
