       Senator Hays moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 41 - 44
    4  and insert:
    5  are codified, reenacted, and amended as provided in this act.
    6         Section 3. The North Lake County Hospital District is re
    7  created, the charter is re-created, amended, and reenacted, and
    8  chapters 2002-348 and 2004-460, Laws of Florida, are amended, to
    9  read:

   12         And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete lines 7 - 8
   14  and insert:
   15         relating to the district; amending, re-creating, and
   16         reenacting the charter; providing
