       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on Health and Human
       Services Appropriations (Gaetz) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 866 - 870
    4  and insert:
    5  provider’s business. A provider may not present records to
    6  contest an overpayment or sanction unless such records are
    7  contemporaneous and, if requested during the audit process, were
    8  furnished to the agency or its agent upon request or were
    9  furnished within 30 days after the provider received the final
   10  audit report. This limitation does not apply to Medicaid cost
