    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 1254 - 1256
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1,
    6  
    7  ================= T I T L E  A M E N D M E N T ================
    8         And the title is amended as follows:
    9         Delete line 34
   10  and insert:
   11         “policyholder surcharge”; providing an effective date.
