       The Committee on Budget (Bennett) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 281 - 285
    4  and insert:
    5         (6) A person who knowingly and fraudulently represents
    6  himself or herself to a third party as an individual requiring
    7  assistance or as the owner or trainer of service animal with the
    8  intent to avail himself or herself of the benefits of this
    9  section commits a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable
   10  as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
