       The Committee on Commerce and Tourism (Flores) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 57
    4  and insert:

    6  authorized by the Governor. If a public education or training
    7  provider is represented on the board, then a representative of a
    8  private non-profit provider and a representative of a private
    9  for-profit provider must also be appointed to the board.
