       and Economic Development Appropriations (Dean) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    4  and insert:
    5         providers and other training services aligned with training
    6  prescribed and authorized by the Workforce Investment Act of
    7  1998 qualify as an Individual Training Account expenditures
