    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 26 - 28
    4  and insert:
    5  Except to the extent prohibited by federal law, the state agency
    6  administrator or the state agency’s third-party administrator
    7  shall design and implement the electronic benefit transfer
    8  system, and coordinate with issuers, acquirers, and processors
    9  to the extent it is ab1e, to prevent a recipient from using the
   10  electronic

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete line 3
   15  and insert:
   16         402.82, F.S.; requiring that the state agency
   17         administrator or state agency’s third-party
   18         administrator design and implement an electronic
   19         benefit transfer system; restricting the use of the
   20         electronic
