       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on Education Pre-K - 12
       Appropriations (Flores) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 547 and 548
    4  insert:
    5         (3) VIRTUAL INSTRUCTION PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS.—Each virtual
    6  instruction program under this section must:
    7         (f) Provide virtual courses in accessible formats for
    8  students with disabilities, including, but not limited to,
    9  students who are visually impaired, learning disabled, or
   10  physically disabled, and ensure that such courses are tailored
   11  to the individual education plans of such students.

   14         And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   15         Delete line 458
   16  and insert:
   17  of section 1002.45, Florida Statutes, are amended, and paragraph
   18  (f) is added to subsection (3) of that section, to read:

   21         And the title is amended as follows:
   22         Delete line 35
   23  and insert:
   24         Department of Education; requiring that each virtual
   25         instruction program provide courses in accessible
   26         formats for students with disabilities and ensure that
   27         such courses are tailored to the individual education
   28         plans of such students; revising provisions relating
