       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on Education Pre-K - 12
       Appropriations (Flores) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 102 - 106
    4  and insert:
    5         (5) INTEGRITY OF ONLINE COURSES.—It is unlawful for any
    6  person to knowingly and willfully take an online course or
    7  examination on behalf of another person for compensation. Any
    8  person who violates this subsection commits a misdemeanor of the
    9  second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s.
   10  775.083.
