       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on Transportation, Tourism,
       and Economic Development Appropriations (Bogdanoff) recommended
       the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 401 - 407
    4  and insert:
    5         (f) Effective July 1, 2013, paragraphs (a), (b), and (c)
    6  shall apply to services provided by an individual for an
    7  educational institution while in the employ of a private
    8  employer holding a contractual relationship with such
    9  educational institution, but only if the base period wages
   10  attributable to such services are identified as such in the
   11  quarterly reports filed pursuant to s. 443.131(1).
