       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Bogdanoff) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 430
    4  and insert:
    5  a motion under this section.
    6         (4) If an arbitrator awards a provisional remedy for
    7  injunctive or equitable relief, the arbitrator shall state in
    8  the award the factual findings and legal basis for the award.
    9         (5) A party may seek to confirm or vacate a provisional
   10  remedy award for injunctive or equitable relief under s.
   11  682.081.

   15         Between lines 32 and 33
   16  insert:
   17         requiring that the arbitrator state the factual
   18         findings and legal basis if the award is a provisional
   19         remedy for injunctive or equitable relief; providing
   20         for a provisional remedy award to be confirmed or
   21         vacated;
