| 8 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 9 |
|
| 10 | Section 1. Corporal Michael Joseph Roberts Memorial |
| 11 | Highway designated; Department of Transportation to erect |
| 12 | suitable markers.- |
| 13 | (1) That portion of I-275 in Hillsborough County between |
| 14 | the Livingston Avenue Bridge and the intersection with I-75 at |
| 15 | the Hillsborough-Pasco County line is designated as "Corporal |
| 16 | Michael Joseph Roberts Memorial Highway." |
| 17 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 18 | suitable markers designating the Corporal Michael Joseph Roberts |
| 19 | Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1). |
| 20 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012. |
