       Senator Thrasher moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 69
    4  and insert:
    5  percent of the total amount awarded under this act, absent a
    6  waiver of this fee limitation executed by the claimants, and in
    7  such event, the fee may not exceed 25 percent of the total
    8  amount awarded under this act.
