    9  and insert:
   10  include the State Board of Administration, university boards of
   11  trustees, or state universities.

   14         Delete lines 970 - 971
   15  and insert:
   16  Consumer Services, the Department of Legal Affairs, the
   17  Department of Financial Services, and the State Board of
   18  Administration, all state agencies shall
