House Comm: WD . 01/26/2012 . . . . ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— The Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs (Storms) recommended the following: 1 Senate Substitute for Amendment (194354) 2 3 Delete lines 556 - 565 4 and insert: 5 (2) A provider of services rendered to persons with 6 developmental disabilities pursuant to a federally approved 7 waiver shall be reimbursed according to a rate methodology based 8 upon an analysis of the expenditure history and prospective 9 costs of providers participating in the waiver program, or under 10 any other methodology in accordance to a uniform rate structure 11 applied to all providers of Intensive Behavioral services 12 regardless of licensure developed by the Agency for Health Care 13 Administration, in consultation with the agency for Persons with 14 Disabilities, and approved by the Federal Government in 15 accordance with the waiver.
