       The Committee on Community Affairs (Storms) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 55
    4  and insert:
    5  be abated pursuant to the procedures provided in this section if
    6  the county or municipality has given prior notice to the owner
    7  of the place or premises of its intent to declare the place or
    8  premises a public nuisance and afforded the owner of the place
    9  or premises the opportunity to abate the nuisance before taking
   10  any official action against the place or premises pursuant to
   11  this section.
