Paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of section 11 382.025, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: 12 382.025 Certified copies of vital records; confidentiality; 13 research.— 14 (2) OTHER RECORDS.— 15 (b)1. All portions of a certificate of deathshallcease to 16 be exempt from the provisions of s. 119.07(1) 50 years after the 17 date of death. 18 2. The commonly used term, if one exists, and the medical 19 term for the cause of death must be included on a certificate of 20 death. 21 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.
