       The Committee on Education Pre-K - 12 (Montford) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (283132) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 14 - 17
    5  and insert:
    6  with a public employer, except that a professional teacher
    7  association, as described in s. 1001.03(4), is not included in
    8  this definition only if its activities are limited to providing
    9  teacher training and staff development at no fee to a school
   10  district.

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 29 - 30
   15  and insert:
   16         public employee organizations only if such
   17         associations’ activities are limited to providing
   18         teacher training and staff development at no fee to
