       Senator Sobel moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (410574) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 239 and 240
    5  insert:
    6         (c) If a parent of a student enrolled at a charter school
    7  elects to return the student to the public school from which he
    8  or she came, the charter school shall transfer the per-child
    9  funding it received for such child back to the school district.
