    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Between lines 239 and 240
    4  insert:
    5         (c) If a parent of a student at a charter school elects to
    6  return the student to the school from which he or she came, the
    7  charter school shall transfer the per-child funding it receives
    8  for such child back to the public school district within which
    9  the school is located.
