       Senator Sobel moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (799528) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete lines 127 - 129
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 4. Paragraph (q) is added to subsection (9) of
    7  section 1002.33, Florida Statutes, and paragraph (b) of
    8  subsection (16) of that section is amended, to read:
    9         1002.33 Charter schools.—
   10         (9) CHARTER SCHOOL REQUIREMENTS.—
   11         (q) A charter school operator must have its base of
   12  operations in the United States.
