       Senator Joyner moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (307286) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 5 - 6
    5  and insert:
    6         (d) A charter school shall accept for the entire school
    7  year all students who apply to the charter school and who were
    8  enrolled in the public school that is converted to a charter
    9  school pursuant to the petition signed by a majority of parents.
